Write to us by email. Tell us your system (macOS, Windows or Linux), your Vistward version, what you were doing and the exact message Vistward showed. Never send a password or the content of your messages: we do not need them.
Hours and response time
We answer Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Paris time, except French public holidays. You get a first response within two business days. Requests from Pro licence holders are handled first.

Licences and purchases
Your licences, the computers using them and your invoices are in your Vistward account. For a refund or a question about a purchase, write to us at the address above.
Reporting a security issue
Write to the same address with "Security" in the subject. Please give us time to fix the issue before making it public.
