These terms govern the use of the Vistward app, published by L'Atelier du Dev. By using Vistward, you accept them.

The service
Vistward is an email app installed on your computer. It connects directly to the email accounts you add. It requires no Vistward account and uses no server run by the publisher.
Free of charge
Vistward is provided free of charge, with no subscription. No future change will ever stop you from exporting your own mail.
Your accounts and responsibilities
You only add to Vistward accounts you are authorised to use. You remain responsible for the messages you send and for complying with the terms of your email providers (Google, Microsoft or other), which continue to apply.
You agree not to use Vistward to send unsolicited bulk messages, to infringe other people's rights or for any illegal activity.
Your data
Your messages and credentials stay on your computer and with your providers. How they are handled is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and warranty
Vistward is in development. It is provided as is, with no warranty that it is error-free or that your providers' services remain available. We recommend you do not make Vistward the only copy of important messages: your providers keep the original.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, L'Atelier du Dev shall not be liable for indirect damage arising from the use of Vistward, nor for interruptions or decisions of email providers.

Gmail and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC. Microsoft and Outlook are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Vistward is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by these companies.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the version in force is published on this page with its date. They are governed by French law.
